Am Land

An old telephone crackles to life with a distorted recording of the artist’s grandmother recounting the unlikely survival of a runt piglet she raised in the countryside. What was expected to die at birth instead became her cherished companion. Blurring memory, care, and rural myth, the piece invites intimate listening—an act of holding space for resilience, tenderness, and the quiet magic of the everyday.
